The main challenge was building a flexible yet simple system that the team could manage without friction. The platform needed to handle both full developments and individual units, present complex information clearly, and make it easy for visitors to compare properties. All of this had to live within WordPress, stay scalable, and feel unmistakably “The Ballpark” from the first click.

We built a custom WordPress platform using JetEngine, tailored specifically for real estate listings. The team can now publish developments and individual units by filling in a straightforward form with all the required details. Everything is structured, dynamic, and automatically displayed on dedicated property pages, making it easy to drive targeted traffic and give users all the information they need in one place.

Result

Since launch, the platform has quickly become a central touchpoint for The Ballpark’s digital marketing efforts. With dedicated pages for each development and unit, traffic is now driven to highly focused property pages, resulting in longer session durations and stronger engagement. The clearer structure and side-by-side comparability have led to a noticeable increase in qualified inquiries, helping the agency convert interest into leads more efficiently.
